MGL assists client companies to structure uniquely designed equity and debt financing solutions that serve operational requirements. Typical transactions include private placements of equity and debt instruments to targeted high net worth individuals, institutional investors and or to corporate partners.

Traditionally, MGL acts as an third party advisor in these capital raising exercises, although on occasion MGL will directly participate as an investor. MGL may assist clients in arranging for start-up, bridge and mezzanine financing tranactions needed by small and medium scale companies in order to develop new products, enter new markets, expand infrastructure, improve marketing and broaden operations.

MGL advises many of its client companies on the privatization, underwriter selection, IPO and/or Reverse Merger Transactions (RTO) preparation in order to accelerate corporate growth and entry of new markets. MGL assists its foreign and domestic client companies in selecting and working with appropriate U.S. based investment banking houses in order to achieve a successful RTO or IPO listing. As part of these services MGL assists the client companies in negotiating the terms, conditions and valuation of any financing that best serves the client company’s needs.
