Advisory services are provided to client companies by MGL on a combination of a retainer and success fee basis that may include stock and or warrant participation. Each client relationship is custom tailored to the particular goals and objectives of a client company.

Mr. Maclellan currently holds or has recently been an advisor to or an investor in the list of representative clients directly at left. Additionally, Mr. Douglas MacLellan has been or currently is a member on the Board of Directors of many of these companies.

Generally, MGL’s relationship model with any client company is to be invited to join the Board of Directors of client companies. This Board representation permits MGL to keep informed as to the particular client companies capital needs and provides for direct access and better communication between MGL and the client company. Historically, this close relationship ultimately enhances a client company’s ability and success at raising capital.
